Arrowhead, through the Firelake–Arrowhead Joint Venture, is currently executing facility and infrastructure support services under the NASA CMIST-II contract at the Glenn Research Center (GRC) in Sandusky, Ohio. Awarded in 2024, this task order is the first under NASA’s recompeted CMIST-II contract, which supports construction oversight across multiple NASA centers.
At GRC, Arrowhead leads field operations providing construction management, inspection, surveying, and testing services. Work includes structural and civil inspections, materials testing, subcontractor coordination, construction documentation, and real-time schedule and cost tracking. All services are delivered in compliance with NASA safety protocols, engineering standards, and mission support requirements.
This work builds upon Arrowhead’s successful performance under the original CMIST contract, where the team provided comprehensive field support services across multiple NASA facilities. The continuity of this work reflects NASA’s confidence in our technical expertise, quality control systems, and ability to operate effectively in secure, high-performance research environments.
Arrowhead’s continued role under CMIST-II demonstrates our growing capabilities in federal infrastructure programs and facility support for complex, mission-driven government sites.
